This Privacy Policy explains what information Hakob Astvatsatryan (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you use the App, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The App is an Armenian crossword game. You can play without creating an account.
We do not ask you for your name, email, or any account. Your game progress is stored locally on your device. We and the third-party services listed in Section 6 do, however, process the following:

We do not sell your personal information for money.
The App shows ads through Google AdMob. Depending on your settings and consent, ads may be personalized using your advertising identifier. You can control this:

We use Google Analytics for Firebase and Mixpanel to understand usage in aggregate. Where consent is required (for example in the EEA and UK), analytics runs only after you have consented.
Notifications are off until you enable them. You can turn them off at any time in the App’s settings or in your device’s system settings. When you turn them off, we stop sending them and no longer use your token.
These providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own policies:
We keep push tokens, notification preferences, and time zone for as long as the App is installed and notifications are enabled; a token that becomes invalid is deleted. Server logs are retained briefly for security and then discarded. Analytics, crash, and advertising data are retained for the periods set by the respective providers.
We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, restricted access, and app-integrity checks — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We and our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States and within the EU/EEA. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the providers’ Standard Contractual Clauses.
The App is a general-audience game suitable for players of all ages. It is not specifically directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) without appropriate parental consent. Where a user is identified as a child, we do not use their data for personalized advertising. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent.
To exercise any right, contact us at araspell@araspell.games. Because players are anonymous, we may ask for information (such as your advertising ID or installation ID) to locate your data.
We may update this policy. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
